About Noclen
What is Noclen?
Noclen™ is night itch relief for adults with eczema. Noclen Solo is one soft piece that covers both hands, joined across the back, so your nails stay off your skin while you sleep. Cooling packs click onto the palm, so the cold goes wherever your hand goes.
Which one should I get?
- Essential (S$100): scratch protection only. It doesn't take cooling packs.
- Solo (S$200): Noclen Solo, ready for packs. Add them any time.
- Kit (S$269): Noclen Solo plus two cooling packs. Start here.
- System (S$399): two Noclen Solo plus two packs. One to wear, one to wash. Pick a size for each.

Is this a treatment?
No. Noclen gives cooling relief and covers your nails at night. Keep following your doctor's advice.
Is Noclen the same company as Eczema Mitten?
Yes. We changed our name from Eczema Mitten to Noclen in October 2026. Same team, same phone and WhatsApp.
Sizing and fit
Which size?
Go by your height: S 150–160 cm, M 160–170 cm, L 170–185 cm. Between sizes? Go up. Wrong size? We swap it. Noclen Essential also comes in XS (140–150 cm).
Can the System have two different sizes?
Yes. When you choose the System, pick a size for each Noclen Solo.
Won't I pull it off in my sleep?
No. It's one piece across your back, so one hand can't pull the other free the way it can with gloves. It stays on while you sleep.
What if I need the toilet or my phone at night?
Just slip it off. When you're awake, it comes off in seconds. Slip it back on before you lie down again.
Will my hands get hot?
Noclen Solo is made from TENCEL™ lyocell, a soft fabric that breathes and feels cool to the touch. In an air-conditioned room, most people forget it's on. In a hot room, a cold pack helps you fall asleep first.
Can I put on moisturiser first?
Yes. Put on your moisturiser as usual, then put on Noclen.
Can I buy it for my partner or parent?
Yes. Choose their size by their height. Many people buy it for the person they share a bed with. Less scratching usually means a quieter night for you too.
Cooling packs
How cold do the packs get?
Cool, not icy. The packs set solid at 8°C, and your fridge is colder than that, so they set solid there. That gives a softer cold you can rest on sore skin. Want it really cold? Use the freezer. Keep the pack moving, and don't leave it on one spot for long.
How long does the pack stay cold?
Against your skin, about 1–2 hours. Tucked under your pillow between uses, they stay cool all night, so one is ready whenever the itch wakes you. From the freezer, they stay cold even longer.
Is the pack safe on my skin?
Yes. The cover is soft and skin-safe. From the fridge, it's cool enough to calm the itch and gentle enough for sore skin. From the freezer it's much colder, so keep it moving.
Will it get my bed wet?
The pack is sealed. A little moisture can form on the outside in a warm, humid room, so wipe it dry before use.
Can I add packs later?
Yes. Noclen Solo is ready for packs, so you can add them any time. Essential doesn't take packs.
Care
How do I wash it?
Noclen Solo: machine wash at 30–40°C on gentle, packs off. Packs: wipe clean.
How long does it last?
About a year of nightly use. If you scratch a hole through the part over your hands in the first 6 months, we replace it free.

What does the free replacement cover?
If you wear a hole through the part over your hands in the first 6 months, message us. We'll send a new one free. It covers the hand part only, not the sleeves.
Shipping and payment
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free until 30 November. Orders ship within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 1–1.5 weeks, wherever you are. You get a tracking link by WhatsApp or SMS.
Will I pay extra tax or import fees?
No. Prices include tax and import duties, so there's nothing extra to pay at your door. You'll see prices in your local currency.
Do you ship to my country?
Since 2022 we've shipped to more than 70 countries. Enter your address at checkout to see delivery to you. If your country isn't listed, message us.
How do I change my shipping address?
Message us on WhatsApp or by email as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change it.
