Shipping policy

Free shipping until 30 November 2026

To launch Noclen™, shipping is free worldwide on every order until 30 November 2026 (11:59 pm, Singapore time). After that, you'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We send you a tracking link once your order ships.

No tax or import fees at your door

We cover tax and import duties. There's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Where we ship

Enter your address at checkout to see whether we deliver to you. If your country isn't listed, message us and we'll see what we can do.

Changing your address

Message us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change the address.

Late or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for a while or your parcel seems lost, message us and we'll look into it.
